Know all Men by these presents that I Mary
Mullarkey, wife of the grantor for and in Consideration
of the premises have forever released all of her dower, and
right of dower to the within described premises unto the
Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns for
=ever this 7th day of March AD 1868   Mary Mullarkey (LS)

             This is to Certify that I have examined Mrs
Mary Mullarkey wife of Said John Mullarkin Separ
=ate and apart from her said husband and She acknow
=ledged that She Signed the within deed for the purposes
therein expressed without any fear or Compulsion on the
part of her Said husband

County of Alachua } This Indenture made the first
day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred & Sixty Seven between James H. Roper of the first
part and Edwin Pearce party of the Second part, all of
the County & State first above written  Witnesseth that the
Said party of the first part, for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Six hundred dollars, lawful Money of the
United States, to him in hand paid by the Said party
of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
=ged hath bargained and Sold and by these presents doth
bargain and Sell unto the Said party of the Second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that Certain piece
parcel or tract of land, lying and being in the Said State
of Florida and County of Alachua and Known and
described as follows, Commence at a Black Gum
Tree as Corner and a bay and pine as pointers Standing
in a branch East of the Florida Rail Road and Sixty feet
from Said Road and run about parallel with the
Rail Road and Sixty feet South thirty five and a half
degree, West Six chains to a Stake and fifty links to a
Corner on a Stake: then run South Six chains to a
Stake; then East Eight Chains and forty Eight links to a
Stake in the branch, thence in a northward direction
up the Middle of said branch to the Corner of begin
=ing Said lot of land lying in Section four (4) Township
Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East Containing
Six acres more or less together with all and Singular
the hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belon
=ging or in any wise appertaining, and reversion
