Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Seven between
George Gillett Admr of the Estate of David Gillett Dcd
of the State and County aforesaid of the first part and
Noah Townsend of the Second part, Witnesseth
that the Said George Gillett admr for and in Consid
=eration of the Sum of Six hundred & twenty ($620) Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said Noah Townsend the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained, Sold, Conveyed and delivered, and by these
presents doth grant, bargain, Sell, Convey and deliver
unto the said Noah Townsend his heirs and assigns
all of the following described lots or parcels of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and Known
as the South West Quarter of Section Twenty Township
Ten Range twenty two East Containing One hundred & Sixty
(160) acres more or less To have and to hold the said
before described premises together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtinances there
=unto belonging to him the Said Noah Townsend his
heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple, and the Said
