Alachua County   } This Indenture made the twenty
=eth day of January in the year One thousand eight hun
=dred & Sixty Eight, and in the Ninety second year of American
Independence of the United States of America between J.J.
Mixon of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Archibald Mixon of Marion County and same
State of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twelve
hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to him duly
paid before the delivery hereof hath bargained and sold
and by these presents, doth grant and convey to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain parcel or piece of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and which
is known and described as follows to wit the South East
quarter of the North East quarter and the East half of the
North West Quarter of Section Twenty one in Township Eleven
South of Range Eighteen East, North half of the North
East Quarter of Section Twenty one in Township Eleven south
of Range Eighteen East, and the South East Quarter of the
South East Quarter of Section Sixteen in Township Eleven
South of Range Eighteen East containing two hundred &
forty acres more or less, together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtinances and all the
Estate title and interest of the said party of the first part
therein and the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the second
part that at the time of delivery hereof that the said
party of the first part is the lawful owner of the said
premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
absolute and that he will warrant and defend the
above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable possession
of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns for
ever - In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand &
