County of Alachua } This Indenture made this 18th day of
March in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred & Sixty Eight
Between George M. Wilcox and his wife Nancy M. Wilcox on the
first part, James C. Thrasher all of said State on the Second
part, Witnesseth that for & in Consideration of the Sum of One
thousand Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the
Signing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged; hath Granted, Bargained & Sold, & doth by
these presents bargain, Sell & Convey unto the Said J.C. Thrasher
his heirs and assigns all that tract of land Situate lying in
the County of Alachua & Known and described U.S. Survey of
the Same as the lot One (1) Section No Seven (7) in Township No
Nine (9) South of Range fourteen (14) East Containing Thirty one
& 65/100 acres, also the North West quarter of the North West
Quarter of Section Eight (8) in Township Nine (9) South of
Range fourteen (14) East Containing Thirty nine 74/100 acres (39 74/100)
To Have and to hold to him the Said J.C. Thrasher & his
heirs & assigns forever in fee Simple, & the Said George M.
Wilcox & his wife Nancy M. Wilcox unto the Said James C. Thras
=her his heirs and assigns forever warrant & defend the
Said bargained premises against the claims of themselves
their heirs & assigns and against the Claim of all other
persons whatsoever    In Witness whereof the Said George
M. Wilcox and his wife Nancy M. Wilcox hath Set their hands
& affixed their Seals on the day & year above written

M. Richardson of the first part and William S. Richardson
Henry S. Samuel & Woodward Richardson of the Second part
all of the County & State aforesaid: Witnesseth that for and in
Consideration of the Sum of twenty five hundred dollars in hand
paid by the parties of the Second part to the party of the first 
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party
of the first part hath granted, Sold, and Conveyed unto
the party of the Second part, all that lot, tract or parcel of
land lying and being and Situate the County & State aforesaid
containing in all four hundred & fifty acres more or less
described and Known in the plan & plat of Said County as
