of E.M. Graham Exr in the Estate of William Harn deceased
and of Record in the Clerks Office of this County Book G
PP 368 & 9 Decr 6th 1867 - To Have and to hold the said
bargained premises unto the parties of the second part in fee
simple and the said party of the first part for himself his
heirs Exr and administrators the said bargained premises
together with all and Singular the rights titles, privileges and
appurtinances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
forever, and the said party of the first part will forever warrant
and defend the said bargained premises as above set forth
unto the parties of the second part their heirs, Executors
administrators & assigns as far is in law and Equity he
may be bound to do, against the claim or claims of any person
or persons whatever

part, and Henry G. Anderson for the second part, Witnesseth

I, J.A. Carlisle Clerk of the Circuit Court do hereby certify that on this the 21st day of
August AD 1879 that B.H. Thrasher attorney presented this original Deed of conveyance for the
purpose of bearing the name of "J.M. Richardson" inserted in the record of the ack
nowledgement of the said Deed and that the same was done at his request the said 
original deed bearing the name of the said "J.M. Richardson" affixed to the said acknowl
