unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in said State and County described as follows
with the limitations and reservations hereinafter contained
Commencing at the South East corner of Section four Township
Ten Range Twenty East and running due West on the Section
line to a branch dividing James H. Ropers land from D.G. Ander
sons land, thence North up the run of said branch to the
North East corner of J.H. Ropers land thence West to Edmund
Jones lot of Ten acres, thence North on said Jones line four
hundred & forty feet, to William P. Scotts lots thence East
Seventeen feet to south west corner of said Scotts lots, Thence North
two hundred feet to the North East corner of said Scotts lots,
thence West on said Scotts line Eight hundred and seventy two feet
to the North West corner of said Scotts lots, Thence due North
to the Section line bearing forty feet between said Scotts lots and
D.G. Anderson land and also forty feet between  S. McCalls, C.
Rain and other lots contiguous thereto for Streets dividing said
lots from D.G. Andersons land: Thence East on the Section line to the
North east corner of Section four, containing three hundred acres
more or less = It being that tract or parcel of land purchased by
the granter herein from James B. Bailey, all of which is hereby
granted, except the following lands already disposed of by the
Granter herein, That is to say three acres sold to Samuel Y. Finly
and Julia D. Finly as will appear by deeds made to them by the
granter herein also Six acres lying East of the Florida Rail Road
near the North East corner of said Section, as will appear by the
deed made to Stephen McCall, also one lot of four acres
lying and bordering on the Section line defined in the
Bond given to Isaac Davis also one made to Stephen Clark
and one to W. White as described in their respective Bonds
To Have and to hold unto the said Henry G. Anderson
his heirs and assigns in fee Simple title forever, And the
said party of the first part by these presents does warrant
and will forever defend the title to the above granted
land, unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs forever - In testimony whereof witness my hand & seal

well known to me as the granter in the foregoing Deed
and acknowledged that he signed, sealed and delivered
