Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered
into this 25th day of March AD 1868 Between James M. Richard
=Son of the first part, and William T. Richardson, Henry S.
Richardson & Samuel Richardson parties of the Second
part, all of the County & State aforesaid, Witnesseth that
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two thousand
Dollars in hand paid to the party of the first part
by the party of the Second part, the receipt whereof is here
=by acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and Sold
and by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell, and deliv
=er unto the party of the Second part all that lot tract or
parcel of land lying being and Situate in the Town of Gain
=esville State & County aforesaid, and Known in the plan
and plot of said Town as lot (3) three, Block three (3)
Range four (4) Containing Sixty feet front, & two hundred & ten
feet back from the Street, to the back Street: To Have and
to Hold the said lot tract or parcel of land in fee Simple
to them the Said parties of the Second part, their heirs
Executors and administrators and assigns forever. And
the Said party of the first part, for himself his heirs
Executors and administrators, the Said bargained premises
will forever warrant & defend unto the parties of the Second
part against the claims or claims of any other person or persons
Whatever, as for as in law or Equity, he may be bound So to do

that I Leonard Varnadore of the County & State aforesaid
for and in Consideration of the love and esteem which
I have for all orthodox Christians and especially for
the Baptist, I give and bequeath untill William May
and Ransom Cason trustees of the Baptist Church
Known as North Pleasant grove two acres of land
Situated in the NW Corner of the NE quarter of the
NW quarter of Section 18 township 7 Range 19, To
have and to hold said piece of land for the use
of said Church and I the Said Leonard Varna
=dore warrant & forever defend, unto William May and
Ransom Cason & their Successors in Office, the above described
