doth grant and convey to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain peice or parcel of land, lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and which is known and described as
follows - to wit
The South West quarter of the North West quar
ter of Section No Eight in Township No 7 South of Range
No Eighteen East containing forty acres more or
less, also the North West quarter of the North west
quarter of section No Eight in Township No seven
South of Range No Eighteen containing forty acres
more or less.
Together with all and singular the ten-
ements heriditaments and appurtinances and
all the Estate title and interest of the said party
of the first part therein and the said party
of the first part doth hereby covenant and
agree with the said party of the second part
that at the time of the delivery hereof the
said party of the first part is the lawful
owner of the premises above granted and
seized thereof in fee simple absolute and
that he will warrant and defend the above
granted premises, in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever.

I Mariah Louisa Howell granter
of the foregoing Deed of conveyance for and in
consideration of the premises in said Deed recited
and of the sum of one dollar to me in hand
paid at and before signing and delivery of these
presents, do hereby renounce release relinquish and
forever quit claim all my dower or right of
dower of in and to these premises by said
deed conveyed or freely and absolutely as I might
or could do the same.
