purchase Money for the following described premises
and for the further Consideration of the payment of
Five Dollars to the Said party of the first part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Said

J. Grissom party of the Second part, Separate from her
Said husband & free from his debts and liabilities and
to her heirs and assigns all that lot or parcel of land

County and designated as Block number four (4) Range
Seven (7) of said Town lately purchased from G.H. Miller
Executor of the Estate of John L. Young deceased, by said
Martha L. Finger and Frances J. Grissom
To Have and to hold the aforementioned and describe
Town lot or Block together with all and Singular the
rights tenements and heriditaments thereto belonging unto
the Said Frances J. Grissom her heirs Executors, administrators
and assigns, Separate and free from the control and
liabilities of her aforesaid husband in fee Simple forever
And the Said party of the first part Covenants and war
-ants that She is Seized in fee of the Said premises and
has good right to Convey her undivided interest and
title to the Same, and that She her heirs and assigns, will
forever warrant the Same unto the Said party of the Second
part her heirs assigns Executors and administrators, against
the lawful claims of all persons claiming by through, or
under her, the Said party of the first part, In testimony
whereof the Said party of the first part doth hereto Subsc
