the undersigned, a Commissioner appointed by the Governor
of Florida, and duly qualified to take acknowledgement
of deeds & in the State of Maryland that are to be used
or recorded on the State of Florida, personally appeared
Charles W. Brush and acknowledged, that he had
executed the foregoing deed for the purposes therein
Set forth and I Certify that from a personal acquaintance
with Said Brush, I Know him to be the party grantor
named in and who Executed Said Deed - In testimony

                    This Indenture made 23rd day
of March 1868 In the year One thousand Eight hun
=dred & Sixty Eight between Stephen Sparkman and his
wife Harriet Sparkman of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Stephen Bryan
of the Same place of the Second part, Witesseth that
the Said parties of the first part for and in Consider
=ation of the Sum of Seven thousand dollars lawful
money of the United States to them in hand paid by
the Said party of the Second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the Said parties
of the first part, his heirs Executors, administrators are
forever released and discharged from the Same
by these presents have granted bargained, Sold
Aliened, remised, released, Conveyed and
Confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
Sell, Alien, remise, release, Convey and Confirm unto
