Alachua County   } Before the Subscriber a Justice of
the peace in and for Said County personally came
Stephen Sparkman and Harriet Sparkman and Sever
=ally acknowledged that they Signed the foregoing deed
for the purpose therein contained and the said
Harriet Sparkman wife of the said Stephen Sparkman
being examined by me Separately and a part from
her said husband declares that She Signed the
Same freely voluntarily and without any fear or Compulsion
of her said husband in testimony whereof I have hereunto
Set my hand and Seal this 23rd day of March 1868

                            This Indenture made the
Second day of December AD 1867 between John O.
Cosby Sheriff of said County of the first part and
Robert W. Campbell of the Second part, Whereas by
Virtue of a writ of "Fieri Facias" issued out of the
Circuit Court holden in and for the County of Alachua
and to the Sheriff delivered, he was Commanded that
of the lands and tenements, goods and chattles of
Philip Dell he cause to be made the Sum of two
hundred & Ninety four Dollars and Seventy one Cents
with interest thereon, and Cost of Suit which James
W. McQueen lately recovered in the Circuit Court of Ala
=chua County against Philip Dell, And whereas
the Said Sheriff by Virtue of said writ did on the
Eighteenth day of September AD 1867 levy upon and
Seize the property hereinafter described, and whereas the
Said John O. Cosby as Sheriff as aforesaid did by
virtue of said writ, and pursuant to the Statutes in
Such Cases made and provided duly advertise the
Said property for Sale on the Second day of December
AD 1867 being the day and date of these presents, And
on this day Sell the Same at public Auction accord
=ing to the law to Robert W. Campbell for the Sum
of One Dollar & thirty Cents being the highest Sum
bid for the Same, Now therefor Know Ye that I
John O. Cosby as Sheriff by virtue of said writ, and
of the Statutes in Such case made and provided in
Consideration of the Said Sum of One Dollar & thirty
Cents to me paid by the party of the Second part, have
granted, bargained, and Sold, and by these presents do
