Paraside T. Hawthorn wife of J.M. Hawthorn within named
for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and
Sixty dollars to me in hand paid by David Kite at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, have remised
released and forever quit claimed unto the said David Kite
and to his heirs and assigns all and all manner of dower
and right and title of dower and the interest, right title what
-ever, which I the said Parasaide T. Hawthorn now have, may
might should or by right out to have or claim of in to or
out of the within described premises with the appurtinances
granted unto the said David Kite and every part and parcel
thereof and I the said Parasaide T. Hawthorn do hereby ackn
=owledge and declare that I freely and voluntarily renounce
and relinquish all my dower and right and title of dower in
the premises within named, without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear from my said husband - In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this (5th) fifth
