of the sum of Ten dollars to them in hand paid
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have barg
=ained and sold and by these presents do grant and
convey unto the party of the second part the following
described parcel of land lying and being situated
in the town of Newnansville and known as Block
number six (6) in Range number four (4) and Block
number six (6) in Range number five (5) - Together
with all and singular the appurtinances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and
to hold unto the party of the second part her heirs
and assigns forever in fee simple - And the
parties of the first part do covenant for themselves and
their heirs with the party of the second part, and her
heirs that they are seized of a good Estate of inheritance
therein free from all incumbrances, and that they will
warrant and forever defend the above described
premises unto the party of the second part his heirs &
