               This Indenture made this the 15th day
of October AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty Seven between
Martha Rawls of the County of Alachua State of Florida
party of the first part, and F.P. Olmstead of the same
place party of the Second part, Witnesseth that the party
of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Five hundred ($500) dollars to her in hand paid
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt is hereby acknowledged have bargained and
Sold, and by these presents do grant, Convey and Confirm
unto the party of the Second part all that Certain tract
or parcel of Land lying and being Situate in the County
of Alachua State of Florida and described by the U.
S. Survey as the West half of the North East Quarter
and East half of the North West Quarter Section Nine
Township Nine Range Eighteen East Containing One
hundred and Sixty acres more or less To have and
to hold the within described lands unto the party of the
Second part his Executors, administrators and assigns
forever in fee Simple. And the party of the first part
do hereby Covenant for herself and for heirs that She will
warrant and forever defend the above described prem
-ises unto the party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns against the claim or claims of all persons
whomsoever - In Witness whereof She has hereunto Set
her hand and seal the day and year first above written
