This Indenture made the fifth day 
of February in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and Sixty Seven, Between Matilda S. Brown 
administratrix of all and Singular the goods & chattels 
rights and Credits which were of the Estate of the 
late George L. Brown dcd of Alachua County & State of 
Florida of the first part and Philip Dell of said County 
& State of the Second part Witnesseth that the Said 
party of the first part by Virtue and authority to her given 
in and by an order issued from the Judge of the probate 
Court of Alachua County, and for and in Consideration 
of the Sum of Fifty five Dollars lawful Money of the United 
States to her in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged have granted, bargained, Sold, aliened
released, Conveyed and Confirmed, and by these presents 
do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, release Convey and 
Confirm unto the Said party of the Second part his 
heirs and assigns forever, All that Certain piece or 
parcel of land lying in the County of Alachua & State 
of Florida, Known and described as Lot No 3 in Block
1 Range 1 in Newnansville, Together with all and 
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise belonging, And also 
all the Estate, right, title, interest, claim, demand 
whatsoever both in law and Equity which the Said 
intestate had in his life time of in or to the Same
To have and to hold the above premises above mentioned 
and described with their appurtenances unto the party 
of the Second part his heirs and assigns to his and 
their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever

his wife of the County & State aforesaid parties of the first
part and Watson Porter of said County and State party of
the Second part Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first
part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five hundred
Dollars lawful Money of the United States to them in hand
