paid before the delivery hereof, hath bargained and
sold and by these presents doth bargain, grant
and convey unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever all that Lot or parcel

County and State aforesaid and which is known and

and all the Estate, title and interest, of the said parties

simple absolute and that they will warrant and defend
