Alachua County } This Indenture made this Eleventh
day of March the Year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred and Sixty Eight, between George
Watson and his wife Susan A. Watson of the State &
County above written of the first part and George Boston
J.J. Huggins, J.E. Dodd, Trustees for the uses and pur
=poses hereafter Mentioned all of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida aforesaid of the Second part:
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the Sum of One dollar, lawful
Money of the United States, to them in hand paid by
the Said parties of the Second part, at or before the
Sealing and delivery of these presents receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, remised, released and Quit
Claim, and by these presents do remise, release and
quit claim unto the Said parties of the Second
part and their Successors in Office (as Trustees) of the
Methodist Church South at Newnansville forever
all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
Situate in the County and State aforesaid, near and on the
East Side of the Town of Newnansville, and is described
as follows - One acre of land lying and being in the
South West Corner of a certain Middle third part of
a forty acre tract of land Surveyed to John M. Hendry
by George Watson County Surveyor in May (1852) Said
Forty acres being the South West Quarter of the North
West Quarter of Section twelve in Township Eight South
and Range Eighteen East: the lane herein Conveyed to Said
Trustees in the South West Corner of Said Middle part
is three chains and Sixteen links being on the South Side
three chains and Sixteen links on its North Side, and
three chains and Sixteen links on its West Side: which
is the West boundary of Said Section twelve, The
land here conveyed contains one acre of land more
or less, together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments, appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any
