appertaining and rents and issues, and profits thereof
and also all the Estate, title interest, dower and right
of dower property, possession Claim and demand whatever
as well in law as in Equity of the Said parties of the

the premises therein mentioned of her own free will & accord &
not from fear restraint or favour of her aforesaid husband
and that She executed the Same for the purposes therein
