quarter of the North East quarter, And the west

and the South East quarter and the East half of the
South West quarter, And the South East quarter
of the North West quarter of Section Nineteen and
the East half and the Lots numbered one and
Four of Section thirty, and the North half of the
North East quarter of Section Thirty one, and the
North West quarter of the North West quarter of
Section twenty nine, all being in Township
Eight, Range Eighteen East. All of the above
described lands containing about Fourteen hundred
and Six Acres, more or less with all the appurtenances
and all the right, title interest claim and
demand of the said James W. Standley in the
premises To Have and to Hold the Same unto
the said                     his heirs Executors
and assigns in fee Simple forever.
       And I the Said James W. Standley for
myself and my heirs do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the Said Elizebeth Varnadore and her
heirs and assigns, that I am now the owner
of the Said premises and am Seized of a good
and indefeasable title of the Estate of the inher-
itance therein, And that I have full right and
power to sell and convey the same in fee Simple,
that the said premises are free and Clear
of all incumbrances, that the Said Elizebeth
Varnadore her heirs and assigns may forever here-
after hold enjoy & possess the same without any Suit
molestation or interruption by any person what-
ever claiming any right therein and that
I the said James W. Standley and my heirs will
warrant and defend the said premises with
the appurtenances unto the said Elizebeth
Varnadore and her heirs and assigns forever
