of Florida, and which is Known and described as
follows Viz Beginning at a Stake thirty feet South of
W.P. Scott's SW Corner running South four hundred &
ten feet (410) to a Stake within thirty (30) feet of J.H. Ropers
line thence East Eight hundred and fifty five (855) feet
to a Stake, thence North four hundred & ten (410) feet to
a Stake, thence West Eight hundred & fifty five (855) feet to
the beginning Containing ten (10) acres more or less, Section
No four Township Ten (10) Range twenty 20 East, together
with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances, and all the Estate title and interest
of the Said party of the first part therein, and the
party of the first part doth hereby covenant and
agree, with the Said party of the Second part, that at
the time of the delivery hereof, the Said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute, and that he
will warrant and defend the above granted premises
in the quiet and peaceable possession of the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
