of the Second part (Savage & Haile) Shall and
will make Such further advances in provisions
Supplies and assorted Merchandize, as may be
necessary to enable the party of the first part, the
Said Wm B. Lewis to make and harvest, and pre
=pare for market the said Crops Such further adva
=nces not to exceed the Sum of Two thousand Dollars
as also the sum of Five dollars to the said Wm B. 
Lewis party of the first part in hand paid by the said
Savage & Haile, parties of the Second part, at or before
the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, Sold
and Conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain
Sell and Convey unto the said parties of the Second part
and their assigns, all the right, title and interest of the
Said party of the first part, his heirs, Executors and
administrators, in and to the Crops of every Kind and
description now growing and being Cultivated on the lands
Known as the plantation of Wm B. Lewis, Situated in
Alachua County State of Florida, To Have and to
hold all and Singular the Crops above bargained
and Sold, or intended So to be, unto the said parties of
the Second part, their Executors, administrators and
assigns forever - And I the Said Wm B. Lewis party
of the first part for my Self, my heirs, Executors and
administrators, all and Singular, the Said property
above bargained, Sold, and Conveyed unto the Said parties
of the Second part, their heirs, Executors, administrators
and assigns, against me the Said Party of the first
part and against all and every person or persons
whomsoever, Shall and will warrant and forever defend
upon Condition that if I, the said party of the first part
Shall and do well and truly pay unto the Said parties
of the Second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or
assigns, the full amount of the advances aforesaid
made, and to be made to me by the said parties of the
Second part with their Charges for Commissions and
interest on the Same on or before the 1st day of January
1869 and faithfully Keep observe, and perform all and
Singular the agreements and Covenants herein Contained
then these presents to be Void else to remain in full force
and Virtue. And I the Said party of the first part
for myself, my Executors, administrators and assigns, do Coven
=ant, and agree to and with the Said parties of the Second
part, their executors, administrators and assigns, that in
case default Shall be made in payment of the advances, made
or to be made as aforesaid or in any case of any attempt
on my part or on the part of others acting for me, or in my stead
