James W. Standley in consideration of the sum of
Ten dollars to her in hand paid the receipt
whereof she doth hereby acknowledge hereby
releases to the said Elizebeth Varnadore her
heirs and assigns all her right title and interest
to or in any Dower in the aforegranted premises.

Nineteen East and the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
Eighteen Township Seven Range Nineteen East and the
W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
Eighteen Township Seven Range Nineteen East and
the SE 1/4 of Section Eighteen Township Seven, Range
Nineteen, South and East, together with all the
privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining, To have and to
hold the aforegranted premises to the said
