all and every person or persons whomsoever, Shall and 
will warrant and forever defend, upon Condition that if 
I, the said party of the first part, Shall and do well 
and truly pay unto the Said parties of the Second part, 
their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, the full 
amount of the advances aforesaid made, and to be made 
to me by the said parties of the Second part with charges 
for Commissions and interest on the same on or before 
the 1st day of December 1868, and faithfully Keep, observe
and perform all and Singular the agreements and 
Covenants herein Contained, then these presents to be void 
else to remain in full force and virtue. And I the 
Said party of the first part, for myself, my executors
administrators and assigns, do Covenant, and agree to 
and with the Said parties of the Second part, their 
executors, administrators and assigns, that in case 
default Shall be made in payment of the advances
made or to be made as aforesaid or in case of any 
attempt on my part, or on the part of others acting for 
me, or in my Stead or with my Knowledge or consent, to Sell 
or dispose of, or create any other or future lien or Convey
=ance of the property hereby Sold and Conveyed, or removed 
any of said property from the farm or premises aforesaid 
without the Consent of the Said parties of the Second part 
or their lawful representatives first had and obtained 
then it Shall be lawful for, and the said parties of the 
Second part are hereby authorized and empowered by 
themselves, their agents, with the aid and assistance of 
any person or persons, to enter upon the premises aforesaid
and into House, Store or building whatsoever on
the premises aforesaid or elsewhere as the property hereby conveyed 
or intended to be, are or may be found, and take and carry 
away the Said property and to Sell and dispose of the same 
for the best price they can obtain, and out of the Money 
arising therefrom to retain and pay all that Shall be 
due or to become due for and on account of the advances 
aforesaid and all charges, touching the Same, rendering 
the overplus (if any) unto the said party of the first part
or to his executors, administrators or assigns, without let 
or hindrance from the said party of the first part or 
his legal representatives 
                           And, untill default be made 
in the payment aforesaid, or violation of Some one of the 
Covenants herein Specified, the said party of the first 
part may continue and remain in the quiet and 
peaceable possession of the property aforesaid and
the free enjoyment of the same, consistent with 
the provisions herein contained -- In Witness
