County of Alachua }  Know all men by these presents
that Giles U. Ellis of the County of Columbia and State
aforesaid party of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of five dollars to him in hand paid by
             Bleach of the County of Alachua, and State
aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
as well as for and in consideration of the good will
of the party of the first part towards the Baptist Church
denomination at the Fort Clark Church the party of
the first part hath given granted bargained and
Sold unto the Said Baptist Bleach Deacon of the
aforesaid Church and to his Successors or Successor
in Office all that Lot, tract or parcel of land lying
being and Situated in the County of Alachua afores
=aid and in which the Church is Situated known
as the Fort Clark Church and which the Baptist
Congregation usually worship, Said Lot of land
Containing ten acres designated and described as
follows Viz in the South East corner of Section Thirty
=one (31) Township Nine (9) South of Range Nineteen
(19) East To Have and to hold the Said bargained
premises, together with all and Singular the building
rights, title, privaleges and appurtenances, thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining thereunto in
fee Simple in trust nevertheless for the uses benefits
and occupation at Fort Clark or Vicinity thereof
And the Said party of the first part for himself
his heirs, Executors, and administrators the said
