four 80/100 acres more or less, Together with
all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents
issues and profits, thereof And all the Estate
right title, interest, property, possessions, claim
and demand whatsoever, as well in law as
