Know all Men by these presents that I William H.
Chappell of the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One thousand
Dollars to me in hand paid by Mary Ann Chappell
of said State and County the receipt Whereof is hereby
acknowledged have, bargained, Sold, granted, and
conveyed, unto the said Mary Ann Campbell and I
do herein and hereby bargain, Sell, grant and Convey
all my right title, interest and property of in and to a
Certain tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being
in the town of Gainesville, in said County and State
and Known on the Map of the public Survey of said
Town as Block (3) Three in Range (8) Eight, Containing
two (2) acres more or less to Have and to Hold the said
described premises to her the said Mary Ann Chappell
her heirs and assigns forever And I the Said William
H. Chappell the right and title to the said land in the
Said Mary Ann Chappell her heirs and assigns will
forever warrant and defend
