presents, doth grant and Convey to the Said party of the
Second part, his heirs and assigns forever all that

of George Savage Lot and running due West Five
chains & 50/100 to within 40 feet of F.C. Johnsons line:
thence North nine chains and forty links to the Section
line, Thence East Five chains and fifty links to a
Street running directly North and South between W.P.
Scott's and D.G. Andersons on one Side and Rain
& McCall and others on the other Side Thence
South Nine chains and fifty links to the beginning
Bounded on the North by James Beatties on the
East by D.G. Anderson, on the South by George Savage
and on the West by F.C. Johnson, containing Nine
acres more or less, Together with all and Singular
the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtinances
and all the Estate title and interest of the said
party of the first part therein, and the Said
party of the first part doth Covenant and agree
with the Said party of the Second part, That at
the time of the delivery hereof, the Said party of the
first part is the lawful owner of the premises above
granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple, absolute
and that he will warrant, and defend the
above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the Said party of the Second part, his
heirs and assigns forever - In Witness whereof
