Alachua County   } This Indenture made this Twenty third
day of March One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Eight
between James H. Roper Agent for Daniel G. Anderson
of the County and State aforesaid of the first part and
Stephen Mc Call of said County & State of the Second
part Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first
part for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hun
=dred & fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States, to
him in hand paid before the delivery hereof hath barg
=ained, and Sold, and by these presents doth grant
and Convey to the Said party of the Second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, all that Certain piece or
parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachu
=a and State aforesaid, and which is Known and descr
=ibed as follows Viz: lying East of the Florida Rail Road
Section No 4 Township 10 Range 20 E Commencing at
the Branch now 65 feet East of said Rail Road and
Running up Said Rail Road parallel with Same Twelve
hundred & Sixty feet to a Stake thence at right angels
in the Said line two hundred and ten feet to a Stake
Thence in a South Eastern direction and parallel
with said Rail Road and former line Twelve hundred
and Sixty feet to a Stake, Thence at right angels with
Said line Two hundred & ten feet to the point of beginning
Containing Six acres more or less and bounded on the
West by the Florida Rail Road and North East
and South by D.G. Anderson's land - Together
with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances, and all the Estate, title and interest
of the Said party of the first part therein, And the
Said party of the first part doth hereby Covenant and
agree, with the said party of the Second part, that at
the time of the delivery hereof, the Said party of the first
is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and Seized thereof, in fee Simple absolute, and that
he will warrant and defend the above granted
premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the
Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
forever, and against the Claim or Claims of any persons
or persons whatsoever - In testimony whereof I have
hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Twenty third day
of March One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Eight
