his presence for the express uses and purposes therein

Alachua County } This Indenture, made this the Twenty
fifth day of March One thousand Eight hundred
& Sixty Eight, between D.G. Anderson of the State of South
Carolina and Chester District of Said State of the first
part and Stephen McCall of the State of Florida County
of Alachua of the Second part Witnesseth, that the
Said party of the first part, for and in Consideration
of the Sum of One hundred & fifty Dollars, lawful Money
of the United States, to him duly paid before the delivery
hereof hath bargained and Sold, and by these presents
doth grant and Convey to the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever, all that Certain
piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid, and which
is Known and described as follows Viz Situated near
the North East Corner of Section No Four (4) Township Ten
Range Twenty (20) and lying in the South or East Side of
the Florida Rail Road one acre deep, and paralel with
Said Florida Rail Road extending north from the Branch
where it crosses the Rail Road, and runs Twelve hundred
and fifty feet paralel with the R.R. then at right angles
with Said Rail Road, two hundred & Eighty feet deep
Containing Six acres more or less, Together with all and
Singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtinances
and all the Estate, title and interest of the said party
of the first part therein - And the Said party of
the first part doth covenant and agree with the
Said party of the Second part, that at the time of the
delivery hereof, the Said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the premises above granted, and Seized
thereof in fee Simple, absolute, and that he will warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the Said party of the Second
part, his heirs and assigns forever - In Witness whereof
I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this the Twenty fifth
