Sell the same at auction to Stephen McCall the party
of the Second part as aforesaid for the Sum of One
hundred & twenty five 71/100 Dollars being the highest
Sum bid for the same. Now therefore, Know Ye
that I the said William C. Beckam as said Tax
assesor and collector by virtue of authority in me
vested, and of the Statutes in Such case made
and provided in consideration of said Sum of One
hundred & twenty nine 71/100 Dollars to me paid by the
parties of the Second Part, have granted, bargained, and
Sold, and by these presents do grant bargain & Sell unto
the Said parties of the Second Part their heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain piece parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua, and State of
Florida, Known and described as follows to wit~ Beginning
at a point in the middle of the Stream of Sweet** water
Branch Said point being in the north East corner of the
lot now owned by Dr. J.F. McInstry and running along
the boundary of McInstry's lot to the Sectional line dividing
four and five, township ten range twenty thence North
along Said Section line three hundred and fifty feet, thence
East to Sweet water Branch thence South along middle
run of said branch to the point of beginning containing
four acres more or less lined upon as the property of
John I. Matthews to Satisfy State and County Taxes~~~~
Together with all and Singular the rights, titles, interest
and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining which the Said John I. Matthews had
in the Said property and the same to hold as fully as
I the Said Tax Assesor and Collector as aforesaid
in pursuance of the Statutes in Such case made might
Could or ought to Sell the same, In Witness, Whereof
I the Said William C. Beckam, tax assesor and Collector
as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand and Seal this
day and year first above written
