Consideration of (500) five hundred bushel of Corn
or ($500) five hundred Dollars to be paid on or before
the 1st day of December next by the Said Prescott & Sealge
The said P.L. Standley rents to the Said Prescott & Sealges
One hundred acres of land with the lands formerly occupied
by the overseer, and three Negro hands for the
accommodation of labors, also One Cotton house
and two horses for Corn fodder together with one horse
lot and Stable. The said Prescott & Seagle further
agrees Should they Cultivate more than the one hundred
acres mentioned they will pay to the said P.L.
Standley five bushels corn or five dollars per acre to become
due at the time Specified above, and the said
Prescott & Seagle also agrees to reset the fence
which enclosed the Said land on the South side
the Said fence to be repaired in the rails which the
said P.L. Standley agreed to furnish~~~~~ In Witness

Alachua County Sheriffs Deed
This Indenture made this Second
day of December AD 1867 between John O. Casby Sheriff
of said County of the first part and Mary P. Dell
of the Second part of the same Place~ Whereas by
virtue of Sundry Executions issued out of the Circuit
Court holden in and for the County of Alachua
and to the Sheriff delivered he was commanded that
for the goods & chattles lands & tenements of Phillip Dell
he caused to be made certain Sums of Money Shown
by the aforesaid Execution and lawful interest
and cost of Suits which Penelope L. Standley and
others lately recovered in the Circuit Court of Alachua
County against said Dell, and whereas the
Said Sheriff did by virtue of said writ on
the 19th day of September AD 1867 levy upon and
Seize the property herein after described and Whereas
