the Said John O. Cosby as Sheriff aforesaid did
by virtue of said writs and pursuant to the
Statutes in Such cases made and provided duly
advertise the Said property for Sale on the Second
day of December AD 1867 being the day and date of
these presents and on this day did sell the same
at public Auction according to the Law to Mary P.
Dell the Sum of Sixty five dollars being the highest
Sum bid for the same - Now Therefore Know Ye
that I the said John O. Cosby as Sheriff by virtue of
the Said writs, and of the Statutes in Such cases
made and provided, in Consideration of the said Sum
of Sixty five dollars to me paid by the party of the
Second part have granted, bargained, and Sold
and by these presents do grant, bargain, and Sell
unto the party of the Second part, her heirs and assigns
forever all the following property Viz lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida, that is
to Say all that lot or parcel of land, Known and
described as the North East Quarter of Section
thirteen, and the South half of the North West
Quarter of Section Thirty five in Township Seven South
of Range Nineteen East, Known as the Pickett place
Containing two hundred & forty acres more or less
together with all the rights titles, and interest
which the Said Philip Dell had in the said
property jointly and Severally and the Same to hold
as fully as I the Said Sheriff under the Said writs
Could or ought to Sell and Convey the Same
