                       This Indenture made this
Twenty fifth day of April in the year of our Lord
One Thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Eight, between
Edmund Jones and Virginia C. Jones his
wife, both of Alachua County Florida of the
first part and Sarah A. Stringfellow of the
Said County & State of the Second part Witnesseth
that the Said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the Sum of Ten hundred & fifty dollars
lawful Money of the United States in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
bargained and Sold and Conveyed, and by these
presents do bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the Said
Sarah A. Stringfellow her heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain piece or parcel of Land lying and being 
in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
described as follows North half of Block Five (5)
of Range five (5) joining lot now occupied by J.T.
McMillan, together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments & appurtinances and all the
Estate, title & interest of the Said party of the first part
therein Contained, and the parties of the first part
doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the
party of the Second part that at the time of the delivery
hereof they are the lawful owners of the premises above
granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple, and the
Said parties of the first part for themselves their
heirs and assigns Shall and will warrant and
defend the above described premises, and the right &
title thereto to the Said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns, forever & against themselves and
against the lawful claims of all persons Whomsoever

acknowledged that She Signed the foregoing
relinquishment, deed, instrument, and renunciation
