on as to the same belonging unto the said Party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns, to him and his own
Sole and proper use, benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple
And the Said party of the first part, for himself his
heirs Executors, and administrators does hereby covenant
with the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns
that he is lawfully Seized of said premises, as of for lands
has good and lawful right to Sell and Convey the Same
and that he will, and his heirs, Executors, and administrators
Shall forever warrant and defend the title to said
premises unto the said A.H. Cole administrator of the Second
Part his heirs and assigns against the claims of himself
and the claims of any and all persons lawfully claiming
or to claim the same by virtue of these presents-

in hand paid by W. Wash. Scott of the same place the
receipt whereof at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents, I do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained, Sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released,
Confirmed, and do by these presents grant, bargain, Sell
Convey, Alien, remise, release, and Confirm, unto the
Said W.Wash. Scott all that certain tract or parcel of
Land lying and being in the Town of Newnansville County
of Alachua and State of Florida, Known and described as
follows to wit, Lots Number fie and Six (5&6) of Block
No three (3) with all the privileges and appurtenances thereinto
