for myself my heirs Executors, and administrators do
Covenant, with the Said Tallulah A. Olmstead her heirs
and assigns that I am lawfully Seized in fee Simple
of the aforegranted premises, that I have good right
to Sell and Convey the same to the Said Tallulah A.
Olmstead her heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid
and that I will and my heirs, executors, and
administrators, Shall warrant and defend the
Same to the Said Tallulah A. Olmstead her heirs and
assigns, forever against the lawful claims and deman
=ds of all persons whatsoever - In Witness Whereof

I Florida A. Williams wife of James A. Williams, grantor
of the above deed for the Conveyance of the tract of Land
therein described, do hereby renounce, release, and
relinquish and forever quit Claim unto the Said
Tallulah A. Olmstead her heirs and assigns all my right
of Dower and thirds of in and to the Said tract or parcel
of land - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and seal this 30th of December AD 1867

in and for the State and County aforesaid, do Certify that
the above acknowledgement of relinquishment of Dower
was taken and acknowledged, Sealed and delivered in
my presence by Florida A. Williams, wife of the Said James
A. Williams, and to me well Known, She at the same time
being Separate and apart from her said husband
