all the Estate title and interest of the parties of
the first part doth hereby Covenant and agree
with the Said party of the Second part that at the
time of the delivery hereof the Said parties of the first

Tapley Tillis of the State of Florida, and Alachua County
for and in Consideration of the Sum of $400.00 four
hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Rowland
Thomas in Said County the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge as given Granted, bargained, Sold
and Conveyed, and by these presents do give grant
Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the Said Rowland
Thomas the following parcel and piece of Land
Situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and Known as the North West Quarter of
the South West Quarter of Section Sixteen in Township
Eight South of Range Twenty East, Containing forty
