Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
I Junius C. Gardner Judge of Probate in and for the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid for and in
consideration of the Sum of five hundred Dollars
lawful Money of the United States of America paid by J.
R.W. Grissom to Stephen McCall Treasurer of the said County
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
Sold and Conveyed released and Confirmed unto the
Said J.R.W. Grissom his heirs and assigns the following
Lots of Land in the Town of Gainesville To Wit Fractional
Town Common Block 8 Range No 8 being 320
feet front and running thence on the East line 288
feet to the run of Sweet water Branch thence up the
run of Said Branch 320 feet thence on the West line
288 feet back to the front line, Now I the Said Junius
C. Gardner by the power in me Vested as said Judge
of Probate for myself and for my Successors in Office do and
will by these presents forever warrant and defend the premises
aforesaid to the Said J.R.W. Grissom his heirs and assigns

of land, Also the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section Thirty two
