This Indenture made this seventeenth day of
December A.D. Eighteen hundred and sixty six between William
G. Colson Administrator of the Estate of William Colson Senr
deceased party of the first part and James L. Lott of Warren
County Pennsylvania and H.L. Barton of Chautauagua County
New York party of the second part Witnesseth whereof by
virtue of an order issued from the probate Court of Alachua
County and to said administrator directed he was ordered
to sell all the real Estate belonging to the Estate of William
Colson. And whereas the said W.G. Colson administrator
advertised the same according to law and the same being
offered at pubic outcry was bid off at Eight thousand
dollars the highest bid offered. Now know we or all men
by these presents that I William G. Colson administrator
in consideration of the said Eight thousand dollars to me in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
and convey unto the parties of the second part all that
tract or peices of land known as the section number
(27) twenty seven Township (10) ten Range (19) nineteen
and containing by estimate Five hundred & Thirty & 40/100
Acres more or less. Also the Fractional Section of Number
Twenty six in Township No (10) Ten and Range Nineteen (19)
containing One hundred & five (105) acres more or less
Also the South East half of Section Twenty Eight Town-
ship (10) Ten of Range Nineteen (19) containing Three hun-
dred & twenty acres more or less containing in all
Nine hundred & fifty five (955) acres more or less all
in the Arredondo Grant.
To have and to hold with all the appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple. And I the said Wm G. Colson admr"
as aforesaid do covenant and agree to and with the party
of the second part that I am seized of a good State of inheritance
with full power to sell and convey the same and that I
will warrant and forever defend the same to the party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever.

affixed my seal the day and year first above written.
