to furnish from their Store in Micanopy, Such goods as
they may have on hand and which the said David
McCredie party of the Second part may need to enable
him to make a crop the present year, The Said goods or
Supplies to be furnished at a reasonable price, That the
Said David McCredie party of the Second part, in Consid
=eration of the Said promises, and agreement of the Said
E. & S.J. Bauknight do hereby promise and agree, and by
this agreement bind himself, his heirs Executors and
assigns to its faithful performance Viz That the Said David
McCredie will deliver, or assign a Sufficient quantity of
ginned Cotton, as Soon as ginned unto the Said E. & S.J.
Bauknight as aforesaid, their heirs and assigns, to Satisfy
or Secure the full payment to them, of all Such demands
or claims, as may have Secured against them for goods
or Supplies furnished him David McCredie during the
present year to enable him to make a crop as aforesaid
He further promises: that at the expiration of each three
months, or quarterly from the 21st March he will pay interest
on the amount of each quarterly period to the end of the
year, or untill final payment or Settlement, For and in
Consideration of Such goods, or Supplies furnished as
aforesaid D. McCredie hereby give a lien upon my whole
Crop of Cotton made, or which Shall be made the present
year, untill the Said E. & S.J. Bauknight claims as aforesaid
Shall be Satisfied or paid - In Witness whereof I have here
unto Signed my name and placed my Seal the day and
