we Amsley J. Bauknight & wife BarbeyAnn Bauknight of
the County & State aforesaid for and in Consideration of
the Sum of Three hundred & Sixteen Dollars cash paid us
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and by these
presence do grant Bargain & Sell unto Elias Bauknight
Twenty nine (29) acres of land taken out of Section 32 Township
11 Range 20 taken from the North East part of said
Section commencing at a pine corner near Waccahoota
Road Running N 85 W 7 C 50 Links on Stake then
N 38 W 25 C Corner on pine then 185 1/2 E 18 C on a Stake
then S 17 E 23, 80 to the first named Corner lying and
bounding in the County of the State aforesaid in the Arre
=dondo Grant Together with all and Singular the rights
members and hereditaments & appurtinances, To have and to hold
all and Singular the before mentioned premises & Boundary unto
the Said Elias Bauknight his heirs and assigns forever, and we
do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs Executors & assigns to warrant
and forever defend the aforesaid premises & Boundary against
our Selves our heirs Executors or assigns, against all other persons
or persons Lawfully Claiming this 27th day of December One thous
