Alachua County } An agreement between George
S. Chamberlin of the State and County aforesaid of
the first part and Daniel C. Hart of the Same
County & State of the Second part, Wherein the said
party of the first part agrees to furnish the
Said party of the Second part, with a horse to
work, and provinder for his use, also Such farming
implements as the said party of the Second part
may need, also to furnish provisions Supplies for
the use of the said party of the Second part and his
family, also to provide for the Said party of the
Second part obtaining Such Merchandise as he
may need the present year for himself and family
For the above Consideration and the further Considera
=tion of Eighty six dollars (Money loaned) the said party
of the Second part agrees to cultivate not less than
twenty acres of land the present year, and to deliver
to the Said party of the Second part three fourths, the
other fourth going for rent, of all the Cotton and
Corn raised on said lands, also to return at
the End of the year the horse and all farming
implements furnished by the Said party of the Second
part, or obtained by his means, The Crop and farming
implements to be disposed of by the said party of
the first part in payment of the Money loaned with
interest thereon, fifty dollars for the use of the horse
Provisions and farming implements at Market price
and any Merchants Store account for which he may
be responsible, and was made by the said party
of the Second part, after full payment any balance
to be paid to the said party of the Second part

  Know all men by these presents that I David L. Yulee
of Hernando County, for and in consideration of brotherly
affection & the sum of One dollar to me in hand
paid, have given & granted, & by these these presents do
give grant, bargain & sell unto my brother Elias Yulee
all my interest as an heir, be it more or less, in the
real estate of Moses E. Levy decd, To Have & to
Hold the same & every part & parcel thereof, with
all appurtenances to him, the said Elias Yulee
