                       This Indenture made this
Thirteenth day of April AD Eighteen hundred and
Sixty Eight between Mary A. Smith of said County & State
of the first part and Caroline Johnson of said County
& State of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of three hundred and seventy five Dollars in hand
paid at & before the sealing of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained
sold, and conveyed, and doth by these presents
grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party
of the second part and to her heirs and assigns, the
following described parcel or lot of land to wit
lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida
& adjoining the Town of Gainesville, that is to say said
lot of land lies in the North West quarter of the
North West quarter of Section Four (4) Township Ten
(10) S Range Twenty two (22) E having a Space of Fifteen
feet as a reserve between said lot & said Section line
running East & west of D.M. Fingers lot with said
Section line; here is the North East corner of the lot
hereby conveyed thence run west two hundred & eight
