And I hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors, adm

warrant and forever defend my right title and interest
in and to the said Chattles, unto the said Isaac
T. Weston his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns
against myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or
assigns, and all persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming
or to claim the same. In Witness whereof I have

in the aforesaid bill of Sale and (for divers other Conside
=rations me thereunto moving) do hereby agree that the
Said Algemon S. Mosely Carry the Said Mule & Horse
& also a two Horse Waggon with him to Florida to assist
him in farming or Such other business as he may choose
to carry on - Reserving to myself however the right and
privilege of Selling or authorizing the Sale of said chattles
at any time hereafter, Should I deem Such Sale Necessary
and proper - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and affixed my seal this 25th day of January
