                   This Indenture made and entered into this the
twenty sixth day of December Eighteen hundred and Sixty six
between William A. Colclough of the State of Florida of the first
part and Frank Williams Leonard Plummer Epraim Bird, Caezar
Patrick, Francis Williams and Daniel McCleman and Andy
Williams Colored people of the second part for and in consid-
eration of the amount of Twenty thousand pounds of good Lint
long Cotton & in the further sum of one dollar to him in
hand paid, Has bargained sold released and conveyed and
by these presents does bargain grant sell release and
convey unto the said Frank Williams, Leonard Plummer Epraim
Bird, Caezar Patrick, Francis Williams, Daniel McCleman
& Andy Williams all that certain piece or parcel of
Land in Alachua County, Florida Known & described as
section (30) Thirty T.9 Range (21) Twenty one containing Six
hundred and thirty nine acres & 41/100 of an acre.
            To have and to hold all and singular the said Lands
and premises and every part and parcel thereof with all
the appurtenances unto the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns and Executors and administrators
forever in fee Simple, hereby warranting and defending said
premises to the said parties of the second part, their heirs,
Executors and administrators and assigns against all other
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same.

                  Know all men by these presents that I, James
A. Williams of the county of Alachua State aforesaid, for and in
consideration of the sum of Four thousand Dollars to me in hand
paid by Elizabeth Varnadore of the State and County aforesaid
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do hereby give
grant, bargain sell and convey and by these presents have
given granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said
Elizabeth Varnadore her heirs and assigns, all my right
title and interest in and to that tract or parcel of
land Situate lying and being in the State and County of
