between Daniel R. June Guardian ad litem of
Mary, John, and Sarah Minor Children of Mary C.
Lyles (decd of said County) by appointment of his honor
Thomas F. Long Judge of the Circuit Court of the Suwannee
Circuit of Florida, and Mary A. Smith of said State
and County, Witnesseth, That whereas by order, judge
=ment & decree of Said Court the day and date afore
=Said I Daniel R. June Guardian ad litem of the
Said Mary, John, and Sarah Lyles for and in Consid
eration of One hundred & fifty dollars in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given, granted, Sold & conveyed & do by these presents
give, grant, Sell and Convey, unto the said Mary
A. Smith the following described property to wit, a
lot of land purchased by Mary C. Lyles from D.M. Finger
& wife and further described as follows, to wit, all

Side of Sweetwater Branch, near the Town of Gaines

it is on the North West quarter of the North
West quarter of Section No 4 Township Ten (10) S
Range twenty two (22) E, the North and South line in
the east Side of D.M. Fingers lot when extended
intersects the Section line fifty poles from Sweetwater
Branch, now after having a Space of fifteen feet
as a reserve directly adjacent to this section line
East & west we run South fifteen feet: here is the
