Baltimore City in the State of Maryland Executor of the
last will & testament of Nehemiah Brush deceased
late of New York of the first part and Isaac Davis
Johnson Chesnut John Bullard, Anthony Jumper
Henry Roberts, Henry S. Harmon, David Coleman Thomas
Dawkins, and Edward Dryer, and their Successors
Trustees of School for freedman of Gainesville Alachua
County State of Florida = Known as the Union
Academy ~ Whereas the Said Nehemiah Brush
departed this life having a last will and testament
bearing date the tenth day of March in the Year
1843, which will has been duly proven, and is now of
record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County in the State of Florida, And Whereas
the said Charles W. Brush, the only Surviving Executor
