in said will named, under and by virtue of the
power and authority in him vested by said will
hath Sold to the parties of the Second part, hereto the
lot of Ground hereinafter described for the Sum of Two
hundred dollars, which Sum the said parties of
the Second part have paid to the said party Brush
as is hereby acknowledged Now this Indenture
Witnesseth that in Consideration of the premises and
of the Sum of One dollar the said Charles W. Brush
Executor as aforesaid doth grant, bargain, Sell, and
Convey unto the said parties of the Second part, thereto
All that lot piece or parcel of ground, Situated and
lying in the Town of Gainesville, in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida, which is Known and distinguis
=hed on the map or plat of said Town as the North
half of lot number 13 of Brush's addition to Gainesville
Measuring from East to West two hundred feet and from
North to South two hundred feet more or less, It being
part of the same land which was owned by the said
Nehemiah Brush, at the time of his decease, and
which Subsequently thereto, by a decree passed by the
Circuit Court for St. Johns County in said State of Florida
in the Case of Brush et al vs. Prall et al was confirmed
to the heirs of the said Nehemiah Brush as by reference
to said decree recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Alachua County Florida which
more fully appears Together with all and Singular
the Estate, right, title, and interest in and to the same
to which the said Testator had in his life time, and
at the time of his decease ~ To Have and to
Hold the above described lot of ground, with the
appurtinances, unto the said parties of the Second Part
their heirs and assigns forever, Witness my hand and
