Alachua County } By virtue of a Decree issuing
out of the Court of Chancery of Florida in and for
Alachua County in the Suwannee Judicial Circuit
Signed by Honorable Thomas T. Long Judge of our said
Circuit on the 9th day of May AD 1868, Sitting
in Chancery Whereby John D. Young of the said State
and County, was appointed Commissioner of Certain
real Estate lying within the limits of said County
and within the jurisdiction of the said Court of
Chancery, and belonging to and owned by Benjamin
F. Young a lunatic residing beyond the juris
=diction of the said Court, and whereby the said
John D. Young, was and is fully authorized and
empowered to Sell and dispose of the Said property
for the benefit of the Said Benjamin F. Young and
to make good and Sufficient title deed to the Same
And whereas the Said John D. Young does in
his judgement deem it to the interest and advan
=tage of the said Benjamin F. Young to Sell and
dispose of Certain portions of the said property
Now therefore: This Indenture made the Eighteenth
day of May AD 1868, between John D. Young
Commissioner as aforesaid of the said State and
County, and by virtue of the authority aforesaid of
the first part and Stephen F. Harvard, also of
the said State and County of the Second part
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Four
Hundred and fifty Dollars lawful Money of the
United States, the receipt whereof is hereby ackn
=owledged: hath Granted, bargained, Sold
and Conveyed, and by these presents, doth grant
bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns for
ever all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the State and County aforesaid
and in the Town of Gainesville, and which is
