One hundred & Ninety seven feet from North to South
One hundred & twenty feet from East to West together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the said party of the first
part doth hereby Covenant and agree with the said
party of the Second part that at the date of the
Signing and Sealing of these presents the said party
of the first part is the lawful representatives of the
property herein Sold and released, by virtue
of the aforesaid decree of the Court of Chancery
and fully empowered and authorized to Convey the
Same In Witness whereof the said party of the
