and described on the map of the said town as
follows to wit Lot number one (1) of Block num
=ber three (3) in Range Number One (1) the same being
One hundred & Ninety seven feet from North to South
One hundred & twenty feet from East to West together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the said party of the first
part doth hereby Covenant and agree with the said
party of the Second part that at the date of the
Signing and Sealing of these presents the said party
of the first part is the lawful representatives of the
property herein Sold and released, by virtue
of the aforesaid decree of the Court of Chancery
and fully empowered and authorized to Convey the
Same In Witness whereof the said party of the
first part has hereunto Set my hand and Seal
this day and year above written

          Know all men by these Presents, That the 
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund under 
an act of the General Assembly of the State of Florida, 
Entitled "An Act to provide for and encourage a 
liberal System of Internal Improvements in this State" 
approved January 6th 1855, for and in Consideration 
of the Sum of One dollar & twenty five Cents per acre to 
them in hand paid by Archilaus Hague of the 
County of Alachua, State of Florida have granted 
bargained and Sold, and by these presents grant
bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the Said Archilaus 
Hague and his heirs and assigns, forever the following
