Eight, South of Range Nineteen East, and the West
fractional Half of Section Two, in Township Nine South

52/100 acres, and lying and being in the County of
Alachua, in Said State of Florida
To Have and To Hold unto him and his heirs
and assigns forever, in fee Simple - In Testimony
Whereof, Said Trustees have hereto Subscribed their
names and affixed their Seals and caused an
impression of the Seal of the "Florida State Land Office"

Know all men by these presents
That the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund
under an act of the General Assembly, of the State of
Florida, entitled "An Act to provide for and encour
=age a liberal System of Internal Improvement in this
State" approved January 6th 1855 for and in Consid
=eration of the Sum of One dollar and twenty five Cents per
Acre, to them in hand paid by Archilaus Hague
of the County of Alachua State of Florida, have
granted, bargained and Sold and do by these
presents Grant, Bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the
Said Archilaus Hague and his heirs and assigns
forever the following described Lands, to wit, The
North Half of the North East Quarter of Section
Twenty one in Township Eight South of Range
Nineteen East Containing Eighty one 36/100 Acres, and
lying and being in the County of Alachua in said
State of Florida, To Have and to Hold, Unto the said
Archilaus Hague, and his heirs and assigns forever in
fee Simple - In Testimony Whereof, said Trustees
have hereto Subscribed their names, and affixed their
Seals and have caused an impression of the Seal of
